Bio:

The right-hand man of Sarshan, Modra was tasked with seeking out powerful leaders of savage humanoid tribes in the Elsir Vale. Once contact was made, an agreement would be arranged, Sarshan would arm the tribes with superior shadar-kai armaments in return for a surprisingly low fee and the promise that their new army would sow as much havoc across the Vale as possible.

In the end, Modra’s ambitions put him at odds with his master. The orc chieftain, Tusk, had originally refused to go along with Sarshan’s plans, but Modra made promises behind his employers back that could never be upheld. In addition, his incompetence left an easy trail leading back to Sarshan, which was exactly the sort of thing he wanted to avoid.

Master and servant’s quarrels soon turned to outright violence and deliberate subterfuge. Modra’s last act was to try and sabotage Sarshan’s creature forge; in doing so, he ran afoul of the Triage and met a messy end.
